Yabiadmin - Admin create new user fails on UserProfile creation #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Yabiadmin Admin and try to add a new user

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of the User being added we get an:

IntegrityError at /admin/auth/user/add/

column user_id is not unique
