Blast tool default options not immediately set #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add the blast tool, watch the options carefully
2. blastn is set but default database is nr which is not right
3. Change any option and it corrects itself

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The correct options should come up by default.
