?next= not working post login #219

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. dont be logged in 
2. go to /admin. It will redirect you to login page with ?next=/admin set
3. login.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After login you should go straight to the admin tab. Instead you end up at the 
design tab.
