Is it possible to add a new item called "parameters" underneath each tool name selected in the design tab?

Currently both "accepts" and "outputs" categories are shown for each tool 
selected in the Yabi design tab.

When selecting for example 'bwa index' it indicated with red color that the 
'accepts' input, although the actual requirement was not the input file but 
defining a parameter. To make it more intuitive for users it will be ideal to 
add another "parameters" category and if necessary parameters are missing then 
highlight in red color this item with perhaps showing the message "need define 
parameters" or other generic message.
