Make tasks appear as "Queued" not "Unsubmitted" #257

When a task is queued it appears with status "Unsubmitted" in the admin.

cf from logs:
Jobid:1933694.epic is status:Q... thus setting job state to: Unsubmitted

Can this be "Queued" instead as it more accurately reflects the status of the 
task.
