Yabi-admin - Split data and execution backends #27

...into seperate entities. However retain the ability for the one credential to 
be used for both data and execution backends. Also, improve the logging of 
credential related errors. At the moment, for instance, if a given credential 
is not found, yabi just says it couldnt find the credential without giving any 
indication of what credential it is looking for.
