Could not install requirement/HTTP error 404 while getting #275

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Followed the installation instructions @ 
http://www.ccgapps.com.au/yabi-docs/installation/apache.html. At Deploy Yabi 
Application step ($fab release) I selected yabiadmin-release-6.13.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to deploy the Yabi application. Instead, the 
installation fails with the error HTTP error 404 while getting 
https://github.com/downloads/sztamas/djamboloader/djamboloader-0.1.2.tar.gz.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Yabi 6.13. CentOS release 6.3 (Final) Kernel 2.6.32-279.el6.x86_64 on an x86_64.

Please provide any additional information below.

I tried to install Yabi on a CentOS VirtualMachine hosted on a Mac. What's 
interesting is that I am able to download that file using Safari on the Mac, 
however, I cannot download it with Firefox on the Mac or wget on CentOS.

This problem has occurred due to a moved repository. The file is now available 
here: https://github.com/downloads/muccg/djamboloader/djamboloader-0.1.2.tar.gz

I have updated the requirements files and have added the tag 
yabiadmin-release-6.13.1, please use that tag when releasing.

The old repository was deleted but as noted by you Nic I was also able to 
retrieve the file with Safari. Maybe this has something to do with how github 
is caching the file, I'm not sure, it is odd though.

Although selecting yabiadmin-release-6.13.1 downloads the djamboloader it fails 
with "error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1." Attached is the new 
pip.log file.
