Yabife - can't move directories across file systems #28

Despite the fact that I can drag the directory from one Files tab window to the 
other, it does not copy the directory across file systems.

Implemented on Frontend and Admin branches (both called 
aharvey-copy-improvements) as of r11061. This works, but has exposed a bug in 
the backend implementation of the rcopy Web service, which will need to be 
fixed before this can be merged back to trunk.

Working on backend but needs front end feedback mechanism so user knows copy is 
actually taking place. Dragged folder icon does not drop from mouse until full 
connection and copy is complete.

Fixed in a4fda31b9fda on branch tszabo.
Will be released as part of the Yabi FE port to YUI 3.
