RPMs remove previous release settings file #35

It would seem that if I am running RELEASE_X of yabiadmin and have edited the 
settings.py in that directory, when I do a new RPM update I get RELEASE_Y with 
a new settings.py. However, the settings.py in RELEASE_X is gone.
