Yabife - indicate blocked jobs in UI #37

Currently there does not seem to be any feedback on blocked jobs.

This is more complicated than it first seems and will need a good hard look at. 
For example, what if one task of a job blocks, but the rest continue. Mark the 
job as blocked? What if one job gets blocked but others in the workflow are 
running? Mark the workflow as blocked?
