Yabi-admin Changing password does not re-encrypt credentials #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change password.
2. Any previously encrypted creds are not accessible.
3. This is linked to: http://code.google.com/p/yabi/issues/detail?id=10

Actually code is in place that handles this if password is changed within the 
account panel of the front end. I have tested this and it works fine.

 This is not linked to the Auth tables of the admin. Changing user passwords outside of the frontend would then require the pop-up described in http://code.google.com/p/yabi/issues/detail?id=10
