Yabi-be ssh backends and known hosts #49

We need a mechanism to allow the backend to add an entry to the known hosts 
file. Either by manipulating the file directly or by doing an initial one-off 
connection that accepts the unknown host.

This one also needs a mention in the docs as an interim measure.

All implemented and fixed by the time you get to ba38d2f8a7b0 on next_release.
