Remove or handle file select as options widget #52

Currently when "Input File" is selected for a parameter the file widget is 
shown in the Options pane of the tool but the selected file is not added to the 
command, batched or anything else.

As we use File Select tool exclusively for this we need to decide on whether 
this widget is still useful.
