Celeryd can have more than one instance running #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It is possible to have more than one instance of celeryd running.
2. This manifests in workflows with repeated tasks

Can we set celeryd to check on startup that it is not already running?

Is this still an issue? The init.d script should not allow this.
