Display tool groups in alphabetical order #99

Minor suggestion: It would be useful if the toolgroups could be displayed in 
alphabetical order in the user interface (ie. down the left of 'design' tab). 
This might make it easier for user to find tool X when we know its in 
'Aligners' when there are many tools.
