Can't install eclipse plugin for youtube direct #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download eclipse/JDK
2. install both
3. follow steps in "Install the Google App Engine plugin" sections
4. Can't finish installation in eclipse:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be 
found.
  Software being installed: Google Plugin for Eclipse 3.5 3.1.2.v201211121238-rel-r35 (com.google.gdt.eclipse.suite.e35.feature.feature.group 3.1.2.v201211121238-rel-r35)
  Missing requirement: Google Plugin for Eclipse 3.5 3.1.2.v201211121238-rel-r35 (com.google.gdt.eclipse.suite.e35.feature.feature.group 3.1.2.v201211121238-rel-r35) requires 'org.mortbay.jetty.server 0.0.0' but it could not be found

using Eclipse Juno (4.2) SR1 Packages on windows7
