Error: OK screen cannot upload/submit video

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click upload your story
2.click log in to youtube
3. login and and click grant access

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a form to submit the video instead I see Error: OK on the page 
and see YTD 500 OK in the page title. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This is the same on every computer I use (OS: XP and Windows 7)

Please provide any additional information below.
The strange thing is, is that if I log in with the email/account that was used 
to set up the website youtube account and all other account to do with ytd it 
works perfectly but when I go to test it with my personal email and 
google/youtube account I get the error above.  Any help is greatly appreciated 
I need this working right away.

I am experiencing this exact same problem. Any solutions for this or what is 
causing it? It must be related to AuthSub.
