Dump with "OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED" when synchronizing and empty repositiory #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to synchronize development that do not exists on your system

What is the expected output?
Full import

What do you see instead?
Shortdump "OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED" on :
 working_list->order_kind = zaplink_list=>order_kinds-no_order.
