Exception in paste special from context menu #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select a cell or a group of cells 
2.click on another target cell 
3.right click and select paste special menuitem 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: paste special dialog is opened
Actual: "type mismatch" exception msgbox is shown
