ZK Spreadsheet App complains "Not unique in ID space <Window mainWin>: formulaWin" Insert->Formula #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. Menu bar: Insert -> Formula

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: Insert Function Wizard
Real: complains "Not unique in ID space <Window mainWin>: formulaWin".

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
This issue looks similar to issue 213.

Rename "ZK Spreadsheet Live" to "ZK Spreadsheet App".
