IE cursor position is not at the text end when press F2 #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. Use IE to visit the application
3. Select a cell with Text, press F2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: The Cell enter edit mode and the cursor(the I bar) shall move to the 
end of the text
Real: the I bar is at the begin of the text

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
