Absolute Cell Reference shall not move when copy, paste #231

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. select F16
3. copy to K17
4. Check the formula expression

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: shall see AVERAGE($F$8, F15)
Real: AVERAGE($K$9, K16)
