unwanted error dialog when sort #262

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.select area B13:H17
2.custom sort
3.choose column B
4.choose sort left to right
5.click ok
6."The given key is out of the sorting range: 1" error dialog appear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be no error dialog

Error dialog should not appear.
