ZK Spreadsheet App: Shall disable formula bar, insert menu items when there is no book #273

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. press right-top corner "x" to close the book
3. click formula bar editor, position editor, formula button "f(x)"
4. click on Insert/Formula, Insert/Sheet, Insert/Image

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: no way to select and shall not have any reponse
Real: there is response
