xls font color is not match to what was in Excel #289

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start zssapp
2. open the attached xls file
3. the font color in A1 shall be red:99, green:0, blue:99

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: 990099
Real: 800080
