Make it optional to launch multiple copies of ZScreen with different settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch ZScreen multiple times. 
2. Change settings of each copy.
3. Switch between these running copies and check- All settings are retained.
4. This creates utter confusion: It is not clear which copy is triggered with 
the hotkeys; and Which settings would be sustained for the next session.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Allow ZScreen to run only a single instance.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.36.9 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Yea single instance is better for this type application therefore i made 
ZUploader single instance. Especially when using shell context menu upload for 
multi files it is required. Otherwise Windows explorer will try to open many 
ZUploader. And about settings we can't do anything about it. Why you open 
ZScreen multiple times? By the way when you open second ZScreen it will have 
"*" letter end of window title (or tray text) so you will know which one is 
opened last. And this last opened will catch your hotkeys. But if you opening 
more than 2 then this is your problem :)

I discovered it when the first instance did not seem to launch. So I pressed 
the launch button repeatedly. Only then did I discover that multiple copies of 
ZScreen were there in the system tray.

Anyhow, the application should be able to deal with mistakes and deliberate 
actions of users.

So would it be possible to add this feature?

ZScreen supports multiple instances because there are some situations where 
ZScreen is unable to take screenshots or 
ZScreen crashes 
so that the user/developer requires to launch another instance of ZScreen to 
take a screenshot of that. 

If ZScreen is single instance only, then this is *not* possible. 

An option to make ZScreen single instance will be considered.
