cropshot border editing #420

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
With using cropshot, I would like to make my rectangle area that I want to take 
s screenshot of, but I would like to let go of the mouse, then be able to grab 
an edge to resize any side I want, then also, be able to grab anywhere in the 
center of the rectangle area and move the rectangle around the screen to its 
desired location.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
