The "Show crop region coordinates and size" check box affects magnifying glass visibility

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Before conducting the experiment, make sure that the "Show magnifying glass' 
Check box is selected.

1. Now toggle the "Show crop region coordinates and size" check box OFF. The 
magnifying glass also vanishes.

2. Next, put a tick in the "Show crop region coordinates and size" check box. 
The magnifying glass also vanishes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The visibility of the magnifying glass should not be controlled by the "region 
coordinates and size" display (they are not related).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.36.16.0 beta (hot off the oven)

Please provide any additional information below.

I am sorry that this is by design; I have changed the code disable "Show 
magnifier" when the "Show crop region coordinates and size" checkbox is 
unticked.

Ah well, it is not idea solution, but then at least the GUI is consistent, and 
it does not show conflicting information.
