Can no longer select custom image uploader.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but whenever I create a custom 
image uploader I don't have the option to select it. Test Upload just saves it 
to disk and opens it in WPV.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ability to select custom uploader, however no such option is shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.34 and higher. Win7

Please provide any additional information below.

You must choose "Use file upload" for image destination and "Use custom 
uploader" for file destination.
Test button is broken in latest beta. We fixed it.

Oh thanks, though a question. Is it no longer possible to have separate file 
and image uploaders?
