FileName dialogue ignores Destinations options and always displays default

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I am a big fan of ZScreen. Thanks you!

I always check «Prompt for File Name»
Recently I upgrade from 3.28.3.1 to 3.36.17.1
But dialog for FileName do not show selected option, always show the same.

Look in the attachments.
The Picture is on complete new instalation, (XP in VMware), I returned to the 
previous version in my Win7 because this feature is important for me.

The destinations configured in this dialog box still take priority over default 
settings so the functionality is still not completely broken but usable. The 
only issue is the default settings are loaded as you pointed out.
