[ZScreen] Always needs to find the backup XML at startup #455

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting the computer
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect it to just start up as normal. Instead it prompts me to find the 
backup file.

What version of the product are you using? the newest On what operating system? 
XP

I get this on 3.36.17.1 as well under Windows 7 x64.

Sometimes it works as expected but the majority of the time I am prompted.

It never happens when I manually run ZScreen after windows startup.
