portable mode #461

Though the wiki mentioned how to run it in portable usb, the setting can't be 
migrated from pc to usb.  Wish the setting can be saved in the same folder of 
the program.  Thx. :)

Hi, settings path is shown in the following screen

Please copy this to your ZScreen\Settings folder you created. 

So you will have:

ZScreen.exe
ZScreen\Settings\ZScreen-4.0.4-Settings.xml
