missing Actions Toolbar in ZScreen 4.0.4 #468

I don't like hotkeys very much and when I came across ZScreen on
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/zscreen.html I was attracted at once by its
Actions Toolbar though it unfavourably consists of actually two bars - a title
bar and the actions bar itself. The title bar easily could be done without and
the [x] be placed to the right of the actions bar, a ZScreen logo - also usable
to grip and move the bar - to its left. The now really one-bar Actions Toolbar
positioned at the top edge's middle of the screen would not prevent access to
the menu bar of any application and therefore could rest there permanently,
thus being always readily available for use.

After download of ZScreen 4.0.4 from the ZScreen HP and installation I tried in
vain to find the Actions Toolbar, furthermore the items Actions Toolbar... and
Quick Options... are missing in the ZScreen tray menu (cf. attachment). I went
through the 1000+ settings of ZScreen three times but couldn't find an option
to switch the Actions Toolbar on or off.

Where has the Actions Toolbar disappeared to?

Cheers, Peter

Unfortunately no modification or correction is possible after submission,
therefore as comment - the issue summary should read:

The Action Toolbar has kind of disintegrated into the main tab and the tray
icon as follows:

Do you mind this behaviour?
