Prompt for name and destination isn't working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check prompt for file name and destinations
2. Take a screenshot
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should show a prompt to I select the hosting service and forum/html links 
but it just upload directly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Copy text from Debug tab

Sounds like you don't have "File" as an Output?

Yes you're right, I put File as an Output, now the prompt appears but I get
this error:

System.NullReferenceException: Refer�ncia de objeto n�o definida para uma
