History return to tabs. #494

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
I suggest returning the History window to a tab in the main window. I use the 
history a lot and highly preferred the way history was done in V3 over V4.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
It was a lot easier to go through my history, get the link, etc.

Author agreed to the suggestion to use the History icon in the Tray as 
discussed in Twitter
