Shouldn't colorpicker lock on color when I click in somewhere? #502

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open colorpicker
2. Click somewhere in screen
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Color is not selected, I think it should be selected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Copy text from Debug tab
Latest beta version
