in some programs like "myPaint" zscreen hotkeys doesn't work, why?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open myPaint and try to take a screenshot by hotkey
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Take screenshot, select area, etc. Nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Copy text from Debug tab

Please provide any additional information below.
In Jing occurs the same, but in SnagIt, I can take screenshot, its like the 
program (myPaint) could block ZScreen actions.

We can't do anything about it. Jing is made with C# too (Same as ZScreen) and 
it can't do it too. It is to do with myPaint. It not allow us to use global 
keyboard hook or something, I'm not sure. As workaround you can use crop shot 
when myPaint is not active and capture like that.
