Zscreen Dev Version 4.2.1 Not Incrementing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload any screenshot to FTP with %i in the Naming Convention

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For window shots, I'm expecting something like Mumble_2011-07-27_0675 using 
%t_%y-%mo-%d_%i , and for crop shots I'm expecting something like 
screen_2011-07-27_0675 for screen_%y-%mo-%d_%i . Instead, I get 
Mumble_2011-07-27_0001 and screen_2011-07-27_0001 respectively. Even after 
repeated attempts, it still uses 0001 and overwrites the old files.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Zscreen Dev 4.2.1, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm using the dev version because Zscreen decided to update from the Beta for 
some reason, and I updated to the latest dev version to try to fix its 
problems. I've mentioned this in another issue:

It's worth noting that this is 4.2.1.2360. I could not find the 2360 part in 
Zscreen itself, but I found it on the downloaded file.
