Watermark

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It just doesn't work on any setting.
2. The picture is .png though.

What is the expected output? 
A watermark on my uploaded picture.

What do you see instead?
No watermark ;D

What version of the product are you using? 

4.0.5

On what operating system?
WinXP Sp3
