We need updated libraries of pycoral, updated examples and updated docs!!!

Description

We need updated libraries of pycoral, updated examples and updated docs, because your 4 years old libraries and examples don't work. All SBC OS now come with python version 3.10, and your old libs are not working. On PC python version is even higher. We need libraries and examples that are frequently updated and not your 4 years old useless libraries and examples!!!

Also we need improved documentation and explanation of the code of the examples, and how to modify it according to our needs. Also we need commented code, with detailed comments of what does any line of code!!!

I checked the code of some python examples and it looks very complicated and confusing, and of top of that useless and not functional. Code must be simplified and commented!!!

@jphoke google seems to have abandoned the coral project. no support anywhere and nothing works well. its sad to see because the edge tpu is a amazing accelerator
