Why isn't this being updated? #842

Description

It makes no sense to create bleeding edge hardware but not the software to go with it. It requires python 3.9.0 which is becoming ancient.

Google Coral is practically an abandonware. Many projects that made it popular (Scrypted, Frigate, etc) aren't recommending it anymore. Scrypted specifically in their docs even states "For all intents and purposes, the Coral EdgeTPU is now Google abandonware.". This repository is the prime example of that with both issues and PRs being ignored for a few years.....
