Need access to documentation #15

@dmitriykovalev et al,

I'm trying to understand how the driver for the edge tpu is scoped and how the instructions are mapped on a USB device. I'm not very sure if I'm looking into the right place.

Could you please make the design doc public or stick a link in coral.ai site? It's kind of hard to read through the code as the go links in the doc won't work outside.
