dm-launchpad not available for Mac OS #242

Hello,

I am not able to install the dm-launchpad in Mac Os. Could you please let me know if there are any workarounds for it?

Terminal message: % pip install dm-launchpad ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement dm-launchpad (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for dm-launchpad

Launchpad and Reverb and not supported on Mac OS. I think your easiest way around it is to use Docker.
