Offline and Imitation Learning Examples seemingly do not work #290

Hello,

As the title states, I tried running the examples and got JAX tracer errors. I was wondering what version of acme has working versions of these examples or if im doing something wrong. Thanks so much.

Seemingly requires python3.8
