Please provide hardware and OS recommendations.

On which hardware did the author test this project?
What is the range of setups that this has been tested on? e.g. Colab
What are some known issues and workarounds with hardware? For example on my Sonoma M1 Max I had to install tensorflow-text with pip install tensorflow_text-2.15.0-cp310-cp310-macosx_11_0_arm64.whl

@Respho Could you send me the file tensorflow_text-2.15.0-cp310-cp310-macosx_11_0_arm64.whl? It fails to build on my machine.
