alphafold-casp13: python incompatibility versions for tensorflow and dm-sonnet versions

Upon running the run_eval.sh to download the requirements and setup the environment for this project two errors popped up:

for some reason run_eval.sh installs python3.8 and requires python3.8-venv to create the python environment.

how is this supposed to work?
