App Overview (step 3) should probably be after getting the starter code (step 4)

Steps to reproduce?

  1. Go to step 3
  2. At the bottom of step 3, there's a part of code which i believe belongs after step 4
  3. "theme.kt" file can't be viewed before getting the starter code
