First Android App codelab: Task 9 - Unable to add safeargs

Using nadrioid studio bumblebee 2021.1.1 The basic acitivity Project setsup the following build.gradle

which doesnt contain any of the following:

• buildscript {
• apply plugin
• classpath

It is a full new strture and even I tried to make it wrk following different sources I cannot Syn the project.
