"Upload your own files" in cookbook/quickstarts /Video.ipynb Gives error 404 #143

Description of the bug:

In quickstarts/Video.ipynb file under "Upload a video to the Files API" section, link "Upload your own files" is redirecting to examples/Upload_files.ipynb which gives error "404 - page not found".

Actual vs expected behavior:

same issue, even Video page was Error occurred now too.

It looks like most of the pages are having the wrong problem.
