Ahh, it looks like we need:

notebooks formatted, i.e.

$ python3 -m pip install -U --user git+https://github.com/tensorflow/docs
$ python3 -m tensorflow_docs.tools.nbfmt notebook.ipynb

The license and buttons you should be able to steal from one of the other notebooks. Thanks!
